Jason provides a complete commercial procurement function for the company, the provision of professional expertise and be at the forefront for the implementation / development of all procurement and commercial strategies.

Jonathan comes from a solid background in construction, highly skilled in business development, pre-construction, procurement and construction. Jonathan provides much needed technical support for our clients as we continue to grow.

Jonathan is a MCIPS qualified procurement manager, with over 19 years of experience, including 5 years in the NHS, providing support to both his clients and suppliers to ensure that they are able to achieve the value for money that they require.

Tom Retallick

DPS Manager

Tom is responsible for managing all of our Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), including our DPS for Small Works. As well as supporting our Regional Relationship Managers, Tom works closely with our clients to ensure they receive the best possible service and full procurement support throughout the duration of their projects.

PhD in procurement,  MRICS, MCIPS - providing NEC consultancy services. Experienced at both operational and strategic level with a proven track record of delivery and achievement in a variety of business sectors. Stuart is also an NEC4 drafter and co-author of NEC3 Practical Solutions and NEC4 Practical Solutions

Ben is a proficient Marketer with more than 7 years’ experience in a variety of industries and environments. As Pagabo’s first dedicated Marketing Manager his aim is to help develop the business and the brand to beyond where it is today.

Rei Tarry

Office Administrator

Rei provides daily support to the office manager ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standard. Often the primary contact in office, Rei handles all general enquires conscientiously and promptly directs clients to the appropriate personnel.

Will plays an essential role in our marketing team. He works closely with both our internal team and our framework partners on all aspects of marketing; supporting on case studies, events and a variety of other activities.

Based in the South East, Ben supports our growing list of clients in the region. With over 12 years’ experience supporting the public sector and 5 years within construction procurement, Ben will be guiding clients through the use of our solutions, from project inception, to completion, and beyond.

Regional Manager - Midlands

Emma is MCIPS qualified with over ten years’ experience in public sector procurement.  She spent the previous five as a Procurement Manager within Higher Education; specialising in everything Estates and construction.  Emma is on hand to support our clients throughout pre-construction and construction; to help them achieve value for money and build strong relationships throughout the supply chain.

Business Analyst

Julian has experience in a variety of industries in primarily customer facing roles. Julian will be focusing on developing the MyPagabo App and trying to ensure that our clients get the best possible service.

Regional Manager - North and Scotland

Karen supports our growing client base across the North of England and Scotland for all stages of procurement. She brings over 10 years procurement and contract management experience to Pagabo, including the management of regional construction frameworks where she gained MCIPS qualifications. Her experience also spans bid writing and strategy development for tier 1 contractors.

Rachel is a recent graduate from the University of Hull where she earned a First-Class degree in Marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, Rachel provides essential support to the team on all marketing activities by delivering creative ideas and concepts, as well as communicating and supporting the Pagabo brand and ecosystem.

Charley has over 10 years experience in the construction industry as an engineer as well as an environmental consultant working on a variety of sites within the UK. He leads our future of construction initiative by working with the industry to push it forward through innovation and collaboration in order to prepare it for the future and the future worker.

Annie works as Customer Services for My Pagabo and is dedicated to assisting all our clients and suppliers. Qualified with a Business and Management degree alongside more than 8 years’ experience in customer and client facing roles; she’s perfectly set up to give the best service possible to the Pagabo ecosystem.
