We want to hear from you

The announcement of our new £47bn developer-led framework has sparked great interest throughout the construction industry. Our first engagement session was a huge success as we recorded our highest number of attendees to date.

And now we want to hear what our public sector clients have to say.

How do I get involved?

If you are a public sector body within the UK, we’d be delighted if you can join us for our free webinar.

We will be hosting a free client focused collaboration session on Tuesday 14th of July between 10am-11am via Zoom where you will hear directly from our team of experts on our plans for this exciting new framework.

We will also be answering any questions you have so encourage all attendees to put questions forward to the team during the session. Your contribution will really help us to shape the framework to be the best it can possibly be and who better to do this then the end user.

Our lastest framework

As the UK begins to emerge from the coronavirus pandemic we are pleased to announce our new public sector framework, worth an estimated £47bn.

This is our first framework dedicated to developers and we hope this will help construction return to a boom, while also allowing developers the opportunity to secure new work through compliant procurement and help the NHS and public sector bodies with vital expansion plans.

Acting on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, Pagabo will establish a framework of developers capable of providing developer-led schemes within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will cover all types of developer-led schemes within construction and premises.

Who is the framework open to?

The framework will run for four years from September 2020, with the option to extend for a further 18 months to April 2026. It will be open to all public sector bodies including schools, universities, local authorities, police and emergency services, NHS organisations, health and social care providers and housing associations, as well as central government departments and the Ministry of Defence.

The lot breakdown

The framework features three lots: Property Development via Joint Venture (JV) and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Long Income Lease and Lease Back, and Property Development Single Site by Development Agreement. These three lots will cover a huge variety of works including, but not limited to, social housing, commercial buildings, student accommodation, arenas and stadia.

The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure.

This session is only open to public sector clients, so for more information on this framework, click below:
